After Effects Help

same with this @ 0:44 . I know theyre probably pre-made plugins, but I have no idea where u guys keep getting them lol

you should probably specify what effects you want to replicate

Oh I can help with the second video, it's just a bunch of elipses, strokes, trim paths and repeater; so you make a base animation for all of those elements, flip them around, change sizes/width add secondary animations the rest is just making it look nicer by changing colors, adding a little bit of glow or a better plugin like Saber maybe some 3D, some camera movements, textures... and you should be good to go it's that simple just very tedious.
