The lack of sound of all sources was pretty off-putting; and the animation itself seemed rushed in various manners. The small amount of fighting there was went by way too quickly, the dialogue was virtually unreadable - along with several other small errors that made the animation rather... distasteful. I don't even know how it was Halloween related, aside from the spooky map. So even if the animation was more visually appealing, simply talking about Halloween doesn't necessarily qualify for "Halloween related." Sorry to put the razor-blade in your candy, but it's a no from me.
